Thanks Amanda and Wes!!! I babysat Eli last night and had a blast!! Eli is like the greatest kid on earth. He never cries. He just smiles and squeals all day long. It's awsome! I love this kid!!

I don't know you but I wanted to let you know I enjoyed your blog about teaching in south Dallas. For some reason the phrase "sunny south Dallas" came into my head and I googled it and found your blog which I enjoyed tremendously.
I'm a middle school teacher as well, in Grapevine, so I found your interaction with your kids heartwarming. The videos were great.
I noticed your last post was in May of 08. I hope you are still at it! God knows we need good teachers to serve the less fortunate.
